Lt Governor Notes

Friends,

We are trying something new. Let's get together for dinner and some Kiwanis knowledge building. When I was out and about looking for a new spot for our division council meeting I went to Perkins restaurant at 108th and L. They had a medium sized meeting room, with a big screen TV mounted on a hearth. While the room was not big enough for our whole group, I thought.. I could use this for something. Then this weekend, I was watching a kiwanis archived webinar on membership, and it struck me. Let's all get together, have dinner, and watch one of these webinars. So I called the restaurant, they didn't want a fee for the room, they only wanted us to order off of the menu (dinner or desert) We found a date that the room was available, and booked it. I'm looking forward to some great interaction and fellowship.
